About you and the receiver
- Full name, or company name
- Address
- Phone number and email
- The receiver’s name, address and phone number at the destination
About the cargo
- Pickup location and destination
- Cargo type: vehicle, container load, machinery, fragile goods, documents or general cargo
- Approximate weight and number of packages
- Dimensions for anything large or oversized
- Photos of the cargo (very helpful for a fast, accurate quote)
Documents
- Vehicle documents, for cars, trucks and tractors
- Purchase invoices
- Any special declaration, such as the Form M for Nigeria
Good to know
We ship by sea freight, usually around two weeks after the container is loaded. Payment is arranged directly with our team, never through the website. Some cargo can’t be shipped for safety or legal reasons, so ask us if you are unsure.
